+ We double check our products before sending out. We only provide a full refund of item/s, delivery and return fees if its due to quality issues. 

+ If the parcel is returned to Authentika Lifestyle due to the customer not being at home during delivery and left the parcel uncollected from their designated local post office for the designated hold time period (around two weeks), Authentika Lifestyle will be absolved of any responsibility to re-deliver. No refund will be provided. If the customer requests for re-delivery, they will have to pay for both the return and redeliver fees.
