There are no chips or cracks. The bottle is 5” tall and aqua in color. It is embossed on the front panel BEATES & MILLER. One side is embossed WHOLESALE DRUGGISTS and the other PHILADA. It has a deep open Pontil. It does have hazing. It has not been cleaned and is being sold as is as found. Please see photos as part of the description and thanks for looking.
