Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the customer\'s receipt of order based on shipping Delivery Confirmation. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please submit a request through ebay\'s No Hassle Returns within the 30 day return period. Briarwood Lane reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged/defective goods prior to replacement, exchange or refund. Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products. Merchandise determined to be defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or similar item if within the return period. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect. Items received outside of the return period or not in manufacturer packaging are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
