This listing is for a beautiful size 2X popover blouse from Weekend Suzanne Betro.  The blouse is a silky poly and done in deep green with orange/yellow flowers and black outlines.  It has an upper front and back keyhole and 3/4 sleeves that are widely flared out at the cuffs.

The blouse is ruched on the lower front center for a pretty and gathered accent and is in very good pre-owned condition with gentle wear.  The measurements are:
