We specialise in fine jewellery crafted with 100% natural, certified diamonds, set in high-quality precious metals. Our diamonds are graded by leading international laboratories such as GIA, IGI and SGL, and our pieces are designed and made in the UAE with a focus on craftsmanship, value and transparency.

General Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from our eBay store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Authenticity & Certifications

• All items listed are guaranteed genuine and made with the precious metals and natural diamonds specified in the individual listing.
• Where mentioned, diamond jewellery will be accompanied by a grading report from recognised laboratories such as GIA, IGI or SGL.
• We follow ethical sourcing standards and work with established suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process to help ensure our diamonds are from conflict-free sources.

2. Product Images, Descriptions & Measurements

• We make every effort to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may appear slightly different on different screens and devices.
• Gemstone and diamond weights are approximate; small variations are normal and within standard jewellery industry tolerances.
• Measurements, weights and total carat weights are given as close approximations and minor tolerances are considered acceptable within industry standards.
• If an item you receive is materially different from the description, you may return it in unused condition as per our returns policy.

3. Availability & Order Acceptance

• All items are offered subject to availability. Some pieces are made to order; handling and dispatch times are mentioned in the listing.
• In rare cases, an item may be unavailable even after an order is placed (for example, if it sells out or fails quality checks). If this happens, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a remake time, or a full refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in case of suspected fraud, incorrect listing details, or stock issues). Any payments received for cancelled orders will be refunded.

4. Pricing & Errors

• We take care to ensure all pricing and information are accurate, but typographical or system errors may occur.
• In the event of a significant pricing or information error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship only to the address registered with your eBay / payment account. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct and up to date.
• Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown on each listing. Some pieces, especially made-to-order designs, may require additional production time before shipment.
• Any customs duties, taxes or import charges (if applicable in your country) are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, undamaged and unaltered items in their original condition, with all tags, invoice and any certificates included.
• Customised, resized, engraved or specially made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Items that have been altered or resized by a third party (another jeweller) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Certain categories such as loose solitaires/gemstones and gift cards (where applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by eBay policy.
• Where a return is accepted for a refund for reasons other than the item being significantly not as described, a restocking/handling fee of up to 10% of the item value may be deducted.
• Where you choose an exchange within 30 days, we usually provide up to 100% of the original purchase value as credit toward another item. If the new item is higher or lower in price, you pay or receive the difference.
• If original certificates are missing, a replacement certificate fee may be deducted from the refund or payable before an exchange is processed.

How to Return

• If you wish to return an item, please contact us through eBay Messages before sending it back so we can provide return instructions.
• Refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
• Exchanges or upgrades may be possible on a case-by-case basis; please message us to discuss options.

Order Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us through eBay Messages as soon as possible.
• We may be able to cancel or amend orders within the first 24 hours if production or shipping has not started.
• For made-to-order or customised jewellery, cancellation may not be possible once work has begun. In some cases, a cancellation fee (up to 10% of the item value) may apply to cover costs already incurred.

7. Sizing & Adjustments

• Ring and bangle sizes are listed as accurately as possible, but minor variation may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or resizing.
• Where resizing is available, it may incur additional charges and/or extend handling time; please contact us before purchase if you are unsure about your size.

8. Communication

• All communication regarding your order should be done through eBay Messages for your and our protection.
• Our team is available to answer questions about products, sizing, certificates and delivery before and after your purchase.

9. Warranty & Service

• We stand by the quality of our jewellery and offer after-sales support such as polishing, cleaning and repairs where feasible.
• Any complimentary or paid service programs (such as extended service or repair plans) may be subject to separate terms; please contact us for details.

10. Lifetime Exchange / Upgrade

• We also offer a lifetime exchange/upgrade option on eligible jewellery purchased from us. You can trade in your piece toward a new purchase, and we will credit a percentage of the current market value after inspection.
• As a guideline, eligible diamond jewellery in gold/platinum and certain other pieces may receive up to 80% of current market value, and gemstone jewellery up to 70%, depending on design, condition and market rates at the time.
• Lifetime exchange is subject to separate terms and an in-store evaluation; please contact us for full details before planning an upgrade.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from your purchase or use of the product.
