Pre-owned.  I have tried to figure out the signature but to no avail.  These earrings are very cool.  The wood and Bovine bone triangular pieces are screwed onto the sterling back with either brass or gold wash tiny screws.  Very cool design!  They are post earrings.  missing their butterfly clutch backs.  They measure 1 3/8" x 1 3/8". Combined weight is 15.3 grams.  I believe the wood is ebony or maybe dyed wood.
