iPad 6th Generation will ONLY update to iPadOS 17.7.1 at time of listing on 20/01/2026.
The latest version of iPadOS is 26 (19th release) so these are now 2 versions behind.
Please ensure you check if the apps will work on this iPad and iPadOS version as this is no longer supported by Apple and App developers may cease support for their apps over the years.
Apps not working due to iOS incompatibility is NOT classed as a fault and if you wish to return it you will have to pay for return postage.
WARNING - Some apps may not function correctly. This is not a fault, it is a limitation of the ability of the operating system as it is now outdated according to Apple.
Acceptable faults will be determined as follows:
Touch screen not working, not charging or turning on etc.
Software issues, apps not working, damage etc is not covered.
We have a very tiny fault rate so you need not worry about your iPad being faulty. If it is, we will replace it promtply.
