1994 Smokin' Joe Collectible Tin - NASCAR, Funny Car, Motorcycle & Drag Racing!

This tin was produced for Camel back in 1994 and features some colorful racing graphics of four Camel-sponsored teams. It has a very unique finely-textured finish that compliments the vivid graphics.
The tin has been in my mom's NASCAR collection for 30 years and was stored with the care usually lavished on a religious artifact. After close inspection, I can't find any scratches, dents or missing paint anywhere on it. Judging from other similar tins up for auction, this is easily one of the best-preserved of the bunch.
I did find that taking the lid on and off of the tin was not as effortless as one would want for storing items you'll be retrieving often. I don't see anything out of shape, so I suspect this may be the case with the majority of the Camel tins. As such, I would say this tin is probably best suited for display purposes.

NOTE: All proceeds from auction sales are being devoted entirely to the creation of my first feature length film. Set in the 1960's, the flick is a sentimental ode to classic Japanese sci-fi cinema. Despite its minuscule budget, the project is jam-packed with giant mutated meanies, flying saucers, classic hot rods and daringly-dressed vixens. All realized with traditional 35mm cameras and practical, old school FX.
