Winning an auction is Agreeing to purchase the item. PLEASE
READ THE DESCRIPTION, LOOK AT PICTURES, RESEARCH THE ITEM THAT YOU ARE BIDDING
ON, AND ASK ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. If you change your mind (for any
reason) after bidding and winning, there will be a 15% restocking fee in order
to avoid non paying bidder alerts from being filed. By bidding, you are
agreeing to the bidding price, shipping price, applicable taxes and all of the
terms on this item page; PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
Shipping:
We ship within 2 business days of payment. We try to ship
within 24 hours after payment, but occasionally there are delays (ie weekends)
and it takes 2 days.
If the value of the order is over $750, we will require
signature confirmation.
We pack our merchandise well and often overpack it. If you
prefer a specific packing/shipping request, please contact us before, or
immediately after purchase. A delay in contacting us may result in our not
being able to meet your requirements. We will work to accommodate your packing
request.
Customer Service:
We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If
there is a problem with an order please contact us directly before leaving
feedback or doing anything else. During normal business hours on weekdays we
will respond within a few hours (our response on the weekends and after
business hours in the evening may take a little longer) and we will do whatever
we can to resolve the problem quickly.

support for Used Gear Sales purchased on EBay.
Returns:
Our policy is All Sales Final. If there is a legitimate
discrepancy in the item description, or if the item does not perform as
described; returns and refunds are accepted if the claim is made within 30 days
of purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us directly. We will
then give you instructions on how to proceed. We work to make returns quick and
easy and will refund the payment the same day the item is received. Additional
options (such as discounts) can be explored if necessary.
Used Batteries:
When purchasing equipment that comes with USED batteries,
note that there is NO GUARANTEE on battery life. All batteries are tested for
functionality before shipping, but in no situation is life of the battery
