Applications:
This super-strong mounting tape delivers reliable holding power for moderate to heavy-duty applications, with peel adhesion up to 20 lb/in and tensile strength up to 90 lb/sq in (tested on stainless steel). Designed for smooth surfaces, it’s ideal for LED strip lights, trims, car license plates, nameplates, address signs, emblems, car mounts, bug screens, metal mailboxes, mirrors, hooks, toothbrush holders, photo frames, power strips, and a wide range of automotive, home, and office décor projects.

Product Features:
This double-sided, pressure-sensitive adhesive tape provides high bonding strength on various smooth and low surface-energy materials including powder-coated paint, glass, marble, plastic, tile, wood, and laminated surfaces. It offers excellent resistance to temperature changes and moisture and removes cleanly without residue. Not recommended for heavily textured surfaces or painted walls, as paint may peel during removal.

Surface Preparation:
For optimal adhesion, thoroughly clean surfaces using a 50:50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Apply tape when temperatures are between 70°F–100°F (21°C–38°C). Allow the bond to cure for up to 72 hours for maximum strength. Avoid applying tape at temperatures below 50°F (10°C).

Installation Instructions:
Ensure surfaces are clean and dry. Use an adhesion promoter if needed. Apply tape firmly to the object (warm the adhesive in cold conditions), allow it to set for 12 hours, then press onto the mounting surface with even pressure. For larger items, apply tape in an “X” pattern at the center. Bond strength increases over time as the adhesive conforms to the surface.

Removal Instructions:
To remove, apply an adhesive remover around the bonded area. Gently scrape away the tape and residue using a plastic scraper for a clean finish.
