Called a Racketeer nickel, ostensibly as it could fool the unaware that it was made of solid gold.  It is a true 1905 US nickel, given a gold plating.  Consequently, it has become a collector item in its own right.  Please see the photos.  SAGANGUY LTD ANTIQUES & ART.
