WPA 1930-40s Original POSTER - HOW A TREE GROWS - PENNSYLVANIA - SCARCE  -  this poster is about 11" x 13"  -  out of the Cumberland County, Penna estate and discovered along with a few other Department of Forests and Waters items - many dated in the 1930s. It is in nice condition for its age, no stains or marks  - there is a bend of the heavy stock to the upper left corner and another to the lower right corner. Neither of these is near broken through and they are not easily noticed. The green and black ink used in the lettering and the trees is thick and richly colored - and can be felt with the finger.
