Lightweight (1 lb) Level III UHMWPE plate configured to fit an abdominal pouch.  This was a surplus Italian army plate, NIJ 0101.03 tested.  I've further tested it myself, it will resist 5.56 M193, 5.45 7N1 and 7.62x39.  It will not resist M855 rounds without a Kevlar Level IIIA backer.

Protects your lower abdomen, as well as the contents of the pouch.  Perfect to protect your IFAK and tourniquet.
