If an item is found to be non-working after testing, we will promptly provide a replacement. In the event that a direct replacement is unavailable, you will have the option to choose a similar replacement or receive a refund. Should the item pass our tests and appear to be in its original working condition, it will be returned to you at your shipping cost with no credit or exchange available. Refunds for returns, whether they are working or dead on arrival (DOA), will be issued within 3-4 business days of receiving the product in our office without any exceptions. Please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility between the item and your product. Our company adheres to a general return policy of 30 Days Money Back.
