Description

Fender Japan ST62-70TX Used Electric Guitar

Manufactured between 2004 and 2006. Crafted in Japan "R" serial period. This Stratocaster features the popular Texas Special Pickup. It has an alder body and rosewood fingerboard. Controls include a 5-way switch, volume control, neck tone knob, and middle tone knob. The finish is Cherry Burst, with the red faded to a subtle, light orange hue. It features a fat single-coil sound, perfect for blues and other styles, making it a fun guitar to play. The nut width is approximately 42mm, and the neck grip is slightly thin. Repairs include three potentiometers, a switch knob, and a capacitor replacement. The frets have been filed down. While the exterior exhibits some paint fading, nicks, and scratches, it is in good condition for its age. The neck is currently nearly straight, and the truss rod works in both directions. Approximately 70% of the frets remain. The tremolo bar is missing. Includes a third-party general-purpose soft case (new Kyoritz CST-26).
