❓ LED Indicator & Troubleshooting
- Solid Red: Charging in progress (normal).
- Solid Green: Not charging. The battery is fully charged or the charger is in Standby mode.
- Flashing Red: Charging Error. This usually indicates the battery is faulty or deeply discharged (BMS shutdown).
Is your battery "dead"? If your battery has been flat for several months, it may have entered sleep mode. If no LEDs illuminate when you press the battery test button, please contact us for advice, as buying a new charger is unlikely to solve the problem.

⚠️ Battery Charging Safety & Fire Prevention
To ensure the safe operation of your lithium-ion battery, please follow these UK Government (OPSS) guidelines:
- Never Charge Unattended: Do not leave the battery charging overnight or while you are out of the house.
- Clear Escape Routes: Do not charge batteries in hallways or near exits where a fire could block your escape.
- Unplug Promptly: Disconnect the charger once the LED turns green (Fully Charged).
- Monitor Heat: If the battery or charger becomes excessively hot, smells, or makes noise, disconnect immediately.
- Cool Surfaces: Only charge on hard, flat, non-combustible surfaces with good ventilation.
