Shipping:
Orders are quoted for 48 states only all others generally ship via Federal Express or USPS depending on weight and/or destination. If item requires Truck Freight shipping is to Business with Loading Dock. Extra charge applies
for residential and lift gate. Please inquire for costs.
Returns:
• Prior to returning any item, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA). Orders are quoted for 48 states only all others returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 1-month: If your return is made within 14-days, we will issue a full refund. After 14-days, but before 1-month, we will issue a store credit.
• Items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging.
