I will not include the wheels because they are worn out and to save the buyer on shipping.
I am open to selling the frame alone.
French bicycle randonneuse from 1940-50s made by a lesser known frame builder, owner of a bicycle and motorcycle shop in Gennevilliers Paris.
The frame is built using Nervex lugs and with fine and well painted lines. It also features several niche braze on like housing guides, pump pegs, mount for a dynamo and lamp cable, mounts for a chainring cover, mount for rear derailleur shifter on the top tube and a mount for 3 speed derailleur.
As well as the stem badge of the first owner.
The bicycle includes:
Philippe stem
Lewis brake levers
Morvil brakes
Huret shifter
Le Martelé mudguards
Functional dynamo hea and rear light
Handle grips are in great condition
A pump
Leather seat
Nervar crankset
simplex rear derailleur
Everything on this bicycle is in working order. The seat post can move. I recently regrease the bottom bracket and headset. The dynamo head and rear light work. Pump works.
Things to keep in mind:
Bicycle does not come with the wheels as they are worn and to save shipping cost for the buyer.
Saddle is a bit worn but functional.
Rear light cover is missing but the light bulb works.
Left side of the front mudguard has holes in it.
The brand decal as worn out over time.
