INSTRUCTIONS TO USE

STEP 1: Loosen Straps for toe and base of foot. Slip in you toe and foot into the loosened straps.

STEP 2: Press the splint to the side of your foot. Align the hinge with your bonion while holding the end of both straps. Tighten the strap around your foot.

STEP 3: Adjust the strap around the big toe to a comfortable level

STEP 4: Initially wear for 20 minutes at a time till you can gradually wear for 2 - 3 hours.

STEP 5: Wear daily to correct bunions - time may vary depending on your bunions
