They are very thin and lightweight by design and come down between the knee and waist on a person who is about 5 foot 9. 

Suitable for 1 use, these are not considered strong and you should take some care when putting them on. They are designed to be extremely lightweight so they do rip relatively easily if you pull them. They won't win you any fashion awards and aren't the easiest things in the world to put on or wear, but they will save you in a sudden rainstorm.

I have tried to be completely honest about the durability and other aspects of this item. Please do not buy if you are looking for anything other than something to wear to keep dry for a few hours.
