Two Billie Ross of the Palm Beaches Wood Purses Golf Theme/ Fancy Black Velvet

DESCRIPTION:

Whimsical 1950's-1960s octagon wood purses were made by Billie Ross of the Palm Beaches.

Her purses feature a wide variety of colorful images, some decoupage on the sides, the top, & inside.

She uses brass hardware & a brass latch on the outside, her signature latch.

Some of Billie Ross purses are signed, some are not.

But all are made the same way w/ the signature brass latch.

One of the purses is a golf theme purse, & is signed.

The other one is a fancy black velvet that is not signed.

Each purse measures 7 1/2" x 4" x 4 1/4"

The golf theme purse has a bakelite handle

The black velvet has a gold flower & brass handle.
