946-05098C Throttle Cable REMOVE Tips:
Steps to REMOVE an old throttle cable
1.Remove the Throttle Lever Cover Plate
2.Remove the Throttle Lever Knob
3.Remove the Throttle Lever From the Cover Plate
4.Disconnect the Throttle Lever from the Throttle Cable
5.Disconnect the Cable Clip From the Throttle Lever Cover Plate
6.Loosen the Throttle Cable from the Carburetor Mounting Bracket
7.Detach the Throttle Cable From the Carburetor
8.Remove the Clips Holding the Throttle Cable to the Lawn Mower’s Frame
9.Remove the Cable Completely From the Lawn Mower
946-05098C Throttle Cable INSTALLATION Tips:
Steps to INSTALL an new 946-05098C throttle cable
1.Connect the Inner Cable to the Throttle Lever
2.Connect the Cable Clip to the Throttle Lever Cover Plate
3.Attach the Throttle Lever to the Cover Plate
4.Reattach the Throttle Lever Knob
5.Reinstall the Throttle Lever Cover Plate
6.Connect the Inner Cable to the Carburetor
7.Attach the Throttle to the Carburetor Cable Bracket
8.Secure the New Throttle Cable to the Lawn Mower’s Frame
9.Check the Cable Works Correctly
