Powers on and runs. However, the handwheel will sometimes seize up/freeze after it's running. I'm not sure of the source of the issue. And - it will run pretty slowly. 

And - note that the cord on the pedal has a lot of electric tape over it in areas. And - the pedal/cord only works with the plug adapter on (see photo #4/5). Without the adapter, the power cord/pedal doesn't work. 

Sold as is - as pictured. Needs WORK - should be serviced and looked at by a professional before use. 

Please review all photos for cosmetic condition. Note that there's some cracks on the finish on the base in photo #8-11.
