How does the repair service work?
It's simple! After placing your order, you'll receive an email with information for mailing your existing module to our remanufacturing facility in California.
Once we receive it, it will take 1-2 days to perform the repair and testing, after which we will mail back your TIPM in good working order.
This service addresses all potential TIPM issues, including detailed analysis, repair or replacement of the failure-prone components, including relays, traces, integrated circuits and drivers.
In some cases, a TIPM may need further repairs, and we will discuss our findings with you if additional services are necessary. In other cases where we find nothing wrong with your original TIPM – pointing to a malfunction happening somewhere else in your vehicle – we will also notify you and return your TIPM.
