Delivery:

DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK IS FREE. We send orders via recorded delivery, which will require a signature on receipt. If nobody is available at the delivery address to accept the delivery, a card will be left to inform the recipient how to collect the parcel.

Returns:

Contact us prior to leaving negative feedback! Our Customer Service team will endeavor to resolve any issues. We offer a 14 working day returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance with the DSR. You will receive a full refund to the value of the order (delivery costs not included).

The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened, and in the original packaging. The customer must bear the delivery cost of the return of the product/order.
