New, old stock with the signal, mounting base plate, insulator strip, and instruction booklet, all in the original box.  I have over 10 of these in either an orange box (1958-1964) or a light blue box (1964-1968).

I will combine items into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.  I will send the buyer a partial refund if shipping cost savings are realized.  I do not make money on shipping fees.  I charge an amount needed to recover the shipping label cost and any eBay fees charged on the shipping fee collected.
