Our photos are taken in a professionally lit photo booth in our office, with models when available to highlight the best fit and color accuracy. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions, so they may appear differently in person than they do online. We try our best to make sure the colors are true to life, however some colors are difficult to photograph.
RETURN POLICY
If you have any concerns after receiving your item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We love our customers and are here to make sure you have the best shopping experience possible!
- You have 30 days to return items from the day you receive them.
- After 30 days, we can't accept returns.
- To return an item, make sure it's in the same condition as when you got it.
- If it was new in a box or had tags, it should still be new in the box with all tags on and no signs of use.
For Apparel:
- Underwear: If you open the sealed packaging of underwear, you'll receive a 50% refund.
- Clothing Tags: If clothing tags have been removed or show signs of being removed and reattached, you'll receive a 50% refund.
- Washed or Worn Clothing: If clothing appears to have been washed or worn, you'll receive a 50% refund.
Exchanging for another size (Apparel):
- If you need a different size, go ahead and purchase the desired size as a new order.
- We'll process a refund for the item you're returning once we receive it.
- The refund will be applied to your original order.
For all other items:
If you return an item in a condition different from how it was originally sent, we will only provide a 50% refund. This includes everything such as packaging, accessories, printed instructions, and more.
UNDELIVERABLE / INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES / REFUSED PACKAGES
Deal Ninja does not cover shipping expenses for orders returned due to undeliverable or insufficient addresses. Once the carrier returns the order, we will issue a refund. However, any return shipping costs that we have to pay will be subtracted from the refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Pre-paid return labels are provided for US addresses only. We gladly accept international returns within 30 days. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of international return shipping, including international shipping charges and duties, which are non-refundable. The same return rules mentioned above will apply in these cases.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Keep in mind that the delivery dates provided by eBay are ESTIMATES ONLY, and delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or peak seasons.
We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours of your purchase. If you place an order before 1 PM EST, it will be shipped on the same day. Orders made after 1 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
For most orders within the U.S., we offer three shipping options: economy, standard, and expedited.
- Economy Shipping: This is free and allows the carrier up to 10 full business days to deliver your package.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes between 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Generally arrives within 2-5 business days.
Please select your preferred shipping method during checkout, as we are unable to change it after the order is placed.
We utilize shipping services like UPS Mail Innovations, FedEx Ground and SmartPost, and USPS, which are determined based on package size and weight. UPS Mail Innovations and FedEx SmartPost will transfer the package to your local USPS or a third-party delivery service for final delivery.
Tracking is usually updated the same day it's picked up, however it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated and synchronized between eBay and the carrier's website.
Orders with a value exceeding $150 will include signature confirmation for delivery when shipped by FedEx.
