Zums are redeemed through the CODE SHOP and not the Adoption Center. Zums will not renew a Webkinz account (i.e. they will NOT take it from 'free' to 'full'). 

You can put a Zum on your pet through the Dress Your Pet feature, and they will follow your pet around as a Buddy! 

I will message you the Zum code on here though Ebay messages after purchase! No physical item will be sent! :)

You get exactly the Zum in the photo! :)
