Wiring Connections:
An old version AVR may be used with different color wires & connectors on your welder generator. Please refer to the following wiring information to rewire our AVR to fit your welder generator. If you are not sure of how to rewire it, please contact us for technical support.
  • 2 YELLOW wires in the 4-pin connector(Signal Sampling, No Direction)
  • 2 BLUE wires in the 4-pin connector(Auxiliary Winding Power Input, No Direction)
  • The individual (Separate) RED wire(Excitation Output, to the Positive Terminal of carbon Brush)
  • The individual (Separate) GREEN wire(Excitation Output, to the Negative Terminal of carbon Brush)
  • The WHITE and BLACK wires in the small 6-pin connector(Adjusting Welding Current, No Direction, to Rheostat/Potentiometer)
  • The RED and BROWN wires in the small 6-pin connector(Welding, RED to Positive Welding Terminal & Brown to Negative Welding Terminal)

Warranty:
We warrant our PRODUCTS against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use and service for three (3) months from the original date of purchase. Please retain the dated invoice as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service.

Return:
If you are not satisfied with our items and want to return to us, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt before you arrange for return. We DO NOT accept any return without RMA number. Non-authorized returns will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost. We do not take return after 30 days of receipt of our product. We offer free replacement and exchange service for the goods after 30 days of receipt. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges incurred. Shipping and handling fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
