While my listings have the Best Offer option, I won't always accept or make a counter offer. However, if I'm not entertaining an offer for a particular item, I will at least decline offers so not leave you waiting until they expire. In the rare case eBay does not require automatic payment when I accept an offer, I may cancel the order if it is not paid after 24 hours as I will assume the buyer no longer wants the item. I do my best to be prompt and I ask others to be as well.

My shipping policy states I will ship your item within two business days but more often I have it in the shipper's hands within 24 hours, Sunday being the exception.
