Shipping/Fees & Combined Shipping

I do combine shipping based on Canada Post shipping rates.

Most orders are shipped/combined in a dealer card &/or glassine envelope taped to a stock insert to allow bending but as little movement as possible. This is to prevent damage & to save $$ on shipping. All orders (Auctions & BINs) will go out within 3 business days, maximum. This is only because I work a lot of hours so sometimes it takes me a couple of days to get to the Post Office during business hours.

Stock pages & display cards are not included unless otherwise stated to save on shipping.

**If you're buying a collection, all items are packaged carefully in glassine and then taped to a stock insert to allow bending & prevent damage.

**NOTE** If you're on mobile or going through the app & pay for your items without an invoice, or pay for multiple lots individually, you WILL be refunded the amount of postage overpaid. I do prefer to do a combined order as I only pay one eBay fee instead of multiple transaction fees. But if you overpay the combined postage fee in any way, you will be refunded the amount overpaid. If I miss the refund, please message me. I'm human & when dealing with multiple orders, I can miss a refund. It's not intentional & I ask that you please bring it to my attention & I will issue the refund right away.

Tracking

**If you want your purchase to include tracking (it will be at the buyer's expense), please message me before paying so I can invoice accordingly. Any orders over $100 MUST include tracking. Tracking rates are based on Canada Post rates.

Payment/Invoices

Contact should be made within 7 days of the 1st auction item's ending date IF it will take more than a week to make payment. I will allow as much time as needed to make a payment as long as you contact me. eBay only allows 30 days to pay for any particular item then they cancel it. I know sometimes life happens & that comes before stamps (in most cases.) So I will hold your order for as long as needed if I'm informed. I will ALWAYS work with you on payment & you CAN continue to bid on other items, just PLEASE message me. Even if it's going to be over the 30 days I have a workaround & I WILL work with you. If any item is left unpaid after 1 week & no contact has been made I will send a message to inquire if the order is still wanted. I will then wait 2 additional days & if there is no response I will cancel the order & relist. I DO NOT report buyers for non-payment.

**Taxes, Additional Charges, & Import/Duty Fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Auctions

If you win multiple lots, please wait for my invoice after the auctions end before making payment. Invoices will be done either right after the auction or the following morning. You can add items to that invoice for up to 30 days to take advantage of combined shipping as long as you message me in the 1st 7 days following the auction's end.

Offers

If you see an item that interests you & you want to make an offer, please do so. I will entertain fair offers on most items.

If you make an offer on multiple items & I accept the offers or vice versa, please wait for a combined shipping invoice before paying. I can invoice for offers accepted by either you or me with a combined shipping rate. If you receive an offer from me & it's too high for you, please send a counteroffer. EBay allows us 5 back-and-forths to come to an agreed-upon price. In most cases, if the offer is reasonable I will usually accept. Please keep in mind that I pay eBay fees on all items, transactions, plus shipping fees.

If you notice an error/issue with any listing, please message me so I am aware of it & I can properly correct it. I do not in any way deliberately misrepresent any item, list anything maliciously, or try to deceive any buyer. I use Colnect & Stamp Identifier for information on most stamps. Sometimes they don't have listings for Cinderellas/Poster Stamps or Local Issues in which case I will search eBay for similar items & use Google Lens to find what information I can & list accordingly. In that case, there will be no # for the stamp but information that I did find.

I describe stamps to the best of my knowledge but am in no way an expert on authenticating stamps. If you find that an item was mislabeled, again, please message me right away. I will either end the listing & relist it with the new information, or end the item altogether. If you end up with an item that was improperly listed I will always refund the order & you will NOT be charged for return postage.

Keep an eye out for new listings. Buy It Now items will be listed throughout the week while auctions start & end daily.
