The red LED is clear and vivid

Press the top right button to display the time, press again to display seconds

Lower right button and top right combinations sets the hour. I don't know how to set the minutes

I don't know what the lower left button is meant to do. When pressed, nothing happens. Could be a poor connection

There are scratches to the glass and wear to the stainless steel consistent with a pre-owned watch from this era
