Parts Grading
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.

If the part you are purchasing is side specific please read further into the item you are purchasing.  Most cases we have both sides or several of the same item just different sides or areas of the car so please read the details of the item.  If you see "D or L" that is for DRIVER's side.  "P or R" is meant for PASSENGER.  If you see DF that stands for DRIVER's FRONT and so on.  If you are still uncertain just send us a message quick and we can certainly help you out and find the right item.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us with questions.

Most parts come with a standard 30 day warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part.  Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.

Please keep in mind these are Pre-owned parts and we are located in Iowa.  Some parts will have rust on them.  Some may have imbelishments or modifications that were made to them or something happened during dismantle.  If there is an issue with your item we will contact you before shipping to verify you are still wanting your part.  If there is an issue and we do not hear back from you via ebay messaging we will cancel your order.

No hardware, filters, gaskets, fluids, hoses, wires, brackets, etc. will be included.  Your mechanic should have everything or be able to get everything that is needed.  Your part MUST be installed by a licensed mechanic in order to keep your 30 day warranty.

All parts have been tested and are verified correct fitment before they ship.  The pictures you see of the vehicle attached to your listing may not be the state in which it currently is in.  If the part you selected has an issue or no longer is in good working condition depending on the part type we may replace the item with another one that is in good working condition.  Any body parts (fenders, bumpers, doors, etc.) there will be paint chips, scuffs, etc. these imbelishments should be stated within the listing.  If not please contact us before purchase to verify the current condition and possibly get some updated pictures.

If you purchase a part keep in mind the warranty and return guidelines are just for the part you are purchasing.  We do not send accessories attached to the item with and if we so happen to send them with they are not covered under the 30 day warranty.  Again we believe you should use your existing accessories.  For example if you order a motor the alternator, starter, ac compressor, power steering pump, etc. are all items that are sold separately and will not be sent with your motor however if you receive a motor with one of these still attached they are not warranted.
