Japanese handmade yunomi featuring a soft ochre yellow (Kiseto-style) glaze and rim.
Perfect as both a tea cup and guinomi (sake cup).
■Condition & discription
A small, rounded Seto ware yunomi with a warm Kiseto (yellow glaze) finish, created in collaboration with Mizuyoshi Pottery Studio in Seto, Japan.
Inspired by the traditional kutsugata tea bowl, this piece features a gently irregular form shaped by hand, making each cup unique.
Comfortable to hold, with a smooth glazed foot for a pleasant touch.
Holds approx. 100 ml, perfect for enjoying tea slowly—or also suitable as a guinomi (sake cup).
Fine crackle lines (craquelure) may appear on the glaze over time.
This is a natural characteristic of the glaze and does not affect use—please enjoy it as part of the piece’s unique charm. As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and finish may occur.
