This machine tool is mainly used for the installation and punching of hinges on cabinet furniture door panels and three in one connectors on cabinet bodies.

The machine can have three vertical holes at a time, with one large hole being a hinge head hole or a cabinet connection hole, and two assembly screw holes; And a side hole. It is an ideal tool for producing large and medium-sized solid wood panel furniture.

This machine adopts a safe AC voltage of 110V and an all aluminum formed motor tray. The upper machine head drill bag uses a 48-6 drill bag, which can be used to drill hinge holes and cabinet holes. The side machine head can prepare its own drill bits as needed. Two drill bits with a diameter of 15mm and 8mm are randomly provided. The upper and side motors are both made of 1.5 kW pure copper high-power motors.

A 48-6 hinge drilling rig with vertical configuration and a 3-16mm drill bit clamp with horizontal configuration.

Drill bit clamp with specifications of 3-16mm, free of charge with drill bits of diameter φ8 and φ15. If you need drill bits of other specifications, please purchase them yourself.	Button control panel, horizontal, vertical direction can be operated separately, can also be operated at the same time.

The upper and lower height of the horizontal bit can be adjusted through the knob.	The drilling depth of the horizontal bit can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the limiting flange.

Foot switch control machine operation, high sensitivity,stable and durable, anti-skid wear, free hands.	Thickened operating platform, high hardness, wear resistance.

Aluminum alloy ruler, paired with fixed baffle, ensures accurate positioning.	Pneumatic aluminum alloy press bar prevents the board from moving when drilling.

Precautions For Use

1.Before operation, check whether the power cable is properlyconnected, whether the protective device and the pressing device are complete, and whether the components are normal.

2.The operating position should be bright and without shadow.

3.The drill should be centered, balanced and sharp.

4.This machine is mainly used for wood punching processing(thin aluminum can also be), and the selection of materials can not have nails, screws and other tools damaged or blunt foreign bodies.

5.Hands should not touch the rotating parts of the machine tool during operation, and the wood chips should not be removed during operation. The power supply must be cut off before adjusting or removing the wood chips, and can only be carried out after the machine tool stops working.

6.Stop the machine immediately if anything abnormal is found.
