This Chloe bag has the softest leather with a very good feel to it. There are a couple spots pictured that could be cleaned up. The bottom of the bag shows little to NO wear. The hardware is in great condition. There are a few small pen marks on the interior liner which are pictured. The bag does have the authentication hologram on the tag in the inner pocket. Overall a very nice bag.
