Shipping in Canada is by Canada Post Letter Mail.
Will ship to the USA
The magazine will be shipped in a bubble mailer with a backer board in Canada. 
To the USA it will be in a bubble Mailer and have paper to protect it on either side. I can included a backer board but then it's shipped as a parcel and will cost more. Your choice.
The US postal service is getting a lot stricter. 
They no longer permit plastic top-loaders or backer boards in letter mail.
They have been returning them to sender.

Shipping is by regular mail. No guarantees. I have shipped 1,000 of items by regular mail with no issues for buyers here on eBay. I will send a picture of the package with a postmark to verify the shipping of the item. Tracking is available and guarantees no issues in delivery, plus insurance at additional cost. Your choice.
