Its square-shoulder, mahogany back and sides, and spruce top, along with its classic design, create a balanced sound with a full, low-midrange, sweet midrange, and moderately compressed highs. While maintaining the tension and responsiveness of a long scale, the added warmth of mahogany allows for thick, expansive chord sounds in strums and crisp, nuanced arpeggios.
