Item Description

Every effort is made to describe the item/s accurately. The photos are an important part of that description whether the items are new, used or vintage. With items which are not new it is especially important to look at the photos carefully and zoom in to satisfy yourself with the item/s condition and features. Wherever possible photos are taken of used and vintage items in full light, either artificial or natural. However please be aware that in certain circumstances the colours of the image taken may not be exactly the same as the item dependant on lighting conditions and the quality of the screen image and equipment being used to view the listing.

Payment Policy

Except in the case of Collection only items where the buyer may be asked to pay by cash or bank transfer, PayPal and other eBay approved payment methods are the only methods of payment for all items.

Shipping Policy

Unless collection only item(s), the item(s) will be dispatched, where possible, the same day if purchased before 2pm. Purchases made on Friday-Sunday will be dispatched no later than the following Monday. Public/Bank Holidays may affect delivery times. Items will only be shipped within the UK to the address on the invoice.

Collection Policy

Once a buyer has won an auction item(s) or Buy it Now (BIN) item(s) contact will be made through their eBay messages to arrange collection. Collection only items must be collected within seven days. In some circumstances, a buyer may find this timeframe difficult to achieve. In that event a potential buyer should make contact directly through eBay messages to ask if the item(s) could be held for longer due to special circumstances. Although this may not always be possible, every effort will be made to help a potential buyer, purchase and collect the item(s) they want. In any event, once the date and time for collection have been agreed, this will be the date and time that the item must be collected. If the item is not collected within seven days or the extended period if and where agreed the order will be cancelled and the item relisted. In the event that a collection item has been paid by any of the electronic means approved by eBay, those funds will be reimbursed. Where cash or bank transfer on collection is being used, item(s) will not be released until cleared funds are received and a QR collection code (or the 6-digit number) is shown by the person collecting. The QR code/6-digit number is sent to the buyer by eBay through their messages once the BIN button has been pressed or the winning bid be confirmed.

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted on all products within 30 days.

For faulty item(s):

Please go to the item purchase page and send a message directly to us so that we can help with the return. After the item has been returned it will be checked. If found to be faulty a replacement will be dispatched, and a refund made for the cost of return postage. If no replacement is available a refund will be made for the item and cost of return postage. For Collection items, whilst every effort is used to describe all items for sale accurately, buyers are expected to satisfy themselves that the items are as described before taking them away. The return of collection items is the responsibility of the purchaser.

For unwanted item(s)

Please go to the item purchase page and send a message directly to us so that we can help with the return. The buyer must return goods at their own cost and item(s) must come back in original undamaged packaging in resalable condition. Only the cost of the item(s), excluding postage, will be paid. 

Recycling Policy

It is very important that the items we send to you, are as described, arrive on time, and are in the same condition they left us. We also want to use packaging materials which wherever possible are easy to recycle. We therefore use a limited range of packing materials which offer an effective protection of the items in transit while providing simple recycling solutions. The bubble wrap and plastic postage bags we use are recyclable, but please don’t put either in a general plastics recycling container. They can both be recycled through the drop off collection points that accept plastic bags which are commonly seen at large supermarkets. The cardboard boxes we use are also recyclable. There are many household collection schemes, supermarket drop off collection points, plus recycling centre’s which accept cardboard.
