This is a Submariner date watch, reference 16800, manufactured in the mid-1980s, a later model with silver-rimmed hour markers. It's around 40 years old, and the dial and hands have undergone considerable aging. The luminous color of the hour and minute hands and the luminous points on the bezel differ slightly from that of the dial, suggesting that one or more may have been replaced or repaired. However, the watch is in good overall condition, with a well-maintained case and sturdy bracelet. The bracelet is reference 93150, the clasp code is I (manufactured circa 1984), and the flip case is 593. |
