Up for sale is a Nintendo Famicom Console and Famicom Disk System bundle.
The Famicom console has been modified to output audio and video through composite (RCA) rather than RF, avoiding the dreaded “channel 95/96” issue. Audio is duel channel Mono. The “pin 21” modification has been performed. This eliminates most of the “jailbars” that plague the system, but these may still show faintly depending on the type of television you use, or if you are using an up converter or not. The RF output was disabled. A red LED power indicator light has also been installed. The original fuse was replaced.
The Famicom Disk System has had a new belt installed, and the drive head has been calibrated. The drive loaded all of my test “problem disks” with no issues. Tested with batteries and power adapter. I have refurbished close to two hundred Disk System drives. Buy with confidence!
Includes the Famicom console, the Famicom Disk System, a new power supply, a new TRRS composite cable, a RAM Adapter (for the Disk System), the Famicom Disk System games The Mysterious Castle Murasame and Arumana no Kiseki (disk only), and Famicom games Super Mario Bros. 3, Star Force, Dr. Mario, and Tag Team Pro. NO POWER SUPPLY IS INCLUDED FOR THE DISK SYSTEM, but six “C” batteries work great, as does an appropriate power supply. I would definitely recommend going with the batteries as they will last a long time.
USPS Parcel Post Ground and Priority shipping options available.

Famicom consoles do not require any step down adapter for the power supply in the United States.
Pictures of gameplay are only for demonstrating video picture quality. The Mysterious Murasame Castle and Super Mario USA are not included with purchase unless otherwise stated.
The Famicom console is in good condition with some yellowing of the plastic, which is common with older Nintendo products. The controllers may show signs of use, and might possibly have adhesive residue from the old protective film. The disk drive is in good condition, but has some signs of use.
I have performed AV mods on hundreds of Nintendo consoles. Buy with confidence.
