Original UK RCA Living Stereo pressing of Stravinsky: The Rite of Spring (Le Sacre du Printemps), catalogue number SB 2005, featuring Pierre Monteux conducting the Paris Conservatoire Orchestra. The vinyl is graded VG+ throughout with a little background noise, it retains excellent surface gloss with some signs of play and clean red RCA labels. The original picture sleeve is EX, showing only very light edge wear and age toning, with artwork bright and intact. Labels confirm Living Stereo / Red Seal, stereo-orthophonic high-fidelity recording, and Made in Great Britain. Matrix numbers 1K / 1K indicate an early first UK press. A landmark 20th-century orchestral work presented in one of the most sought-after RCA Living Stereo performances, prized by collectors for both musical importance and sound quality.
