Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-WX350 18.2 MP Digital Camera - White - READ-For Repair/Parts

I was testing the camera out and after the second time the lens will not come out. When on It gives me a message “Turn Power off then On” .

The lens on the camera doesn't open or extend. It may be a simple fix. As shown, i provided pictures of how the camera still works , aside from that message appearing and the lens not opening.

Battery is included.
