Customer is responsible for his own network services as of today or if any changes are to be made in the future. Please make sure! to check your network compatibility and your network requirements, network bands, 4G LTE, VoLTE, or any other requirements of the network you are using. 

Also note that our phones work with GSM networks only (not CDMA).


We are not responsible in any way if the device is not compatible with your chosen network.



Shipping:

  • We ship within 3 business day of cleared payment (not the same day), and only to the address you have provided on your checkout transaction.

  • Address / Name changes will not be accepted at any time. This option is also blocked with our shipping accounts.

  • Shipping costs to and from the buyer will be charged should a delivery be refused, not cleared or not picked up after the item has been shipped. Same will apply to an incorrect or not full provided shipping address.  

  • Please note! We use FedEx, DHL or USPS for shipping. We reserve the right to change carriers, without any notice to the buyer, in order to expedite shipping times.

  • We do not issue a refund until the  package is delivered back to us and inspected. 

 

International Shipping / Carrier:

  • All international orders will be shipped via FedEX /UPS or DHL only.

  • If you choose Free Shipping or Domestic Rates, we will use for dealsend Protectorates like Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, Virgin Island (US), etc. We will ship via FedEx or DHL to these locations if you choose International Shipping Rate.

  • Extra shipping cost: Some areas overseas and the US Protectorates are more expensive to ship to than other areas in the same country. In such cases, we might ask the customer to pay an extra shipping fee. We have the right to cancel the order if the buyer refuses to pay the additional charge.

International Shipping / Customs:

  • Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility. Buyers should check with their country?s customs regulations with respect to any and all import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee etc.. before buying. We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.

  • Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company before delivery or collected when the item is picked up by the customer. Unless specified on checkout, these fees are not included in the shipping charges.

  • If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees or carrier charges, and the package ends up being returned back to us, we will charge the buyer for any customs fees, plus shipping and handling costs incurred, i.e. buyer will be partially refunded. 

  • If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package gets lost or held by customs, no refund will be issued. We do not issue a refund until the package is delivered back to us and inspected.
