Background Introduction: Jiang Rong (1919 - February 19, 2008), also known as Lin Feng, was from Qianluo, Chuanbu, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. In 1995, he was awarded the title of "Master of Chinese Arts and Crafts". Jiang Rong's works were awarded the "Special Prize" at the National Industrial Conference and were used to make gifts for Premier Zhou Enlai's visits to Southeast Asian countries and others.

Introduction to the base inscription: Yang Youlan was a renowned teapot maker from the late Qianlong period to the Jia Dao period. He mainly makes large and small round teapots. He is skilled in painting. His distinctive feature is that the landscapes, figures, flowers and plants, as well as the upright characters in seal script on the teapots are all inlaid with sand and clay. Each of his works is infused with wisdom.
