Mix 1:1 by volume roughly with hot / warm water and a few drops of wetting agent ( dawn dish soap , Finish jet dry, Oxgal)    .   Spread over project with a sponge.  Dab a toothpick in spots where you want the crystals to start forming, then let it dry .   Spray next color over crystals, let dry, use water and scrub off some of the top layer , leaving the crystals behind, then do your clearcoat, or art or candy etc then clearcoat.   Great for backgrounds.    Super cool effect.    Mix your own and save a TON of money.    Always do a test panel or two before doing your project.   This takes practice.
