Condition: In very good used condition.  The ladder moves, the elf with the list moves, the rocking horse moves, and the elf with the bag moves. Please see all photos for full condition. I believe everything is still in tack but took a lot of pictures so you can review to confirm as I was not the original owner. Cable has some white stuff on it. Not sure what it is, I think it is that fake snow stuff. See photos.
