CONDITION. Contents
complete. Old fold lines. Two tiny pin holes to an original fold line (contents
not affected). Otherwise no holes or tears. Very good clean condition for a
document of this age. Ink clear and free of fading. Retains the original vellum
tab but the wax seal is lacking.
