Features include a high-altitude Swiss spruce top, beautiful Guatemalan rosewood back and sides, ebony fingerboard and bridge, Schaller open-back tuning machines, a low-profile neck, select Abalone head torch inlays, Abalone Snowflakes border fingerboard inlays, tortoiseshell celluloid pickguard, select Abalone rosette and trim, mosaic back strip, high-leaf flame koa binding, drop-in long saddle, and scalloped X bracing. Based on the Style 41, this custom instrument is carefully crafted not only in terms of materials but also in terms of sound. The hand-engraved GE brace, crafted from Adirondack spruce, delivers a powerful sound with rich overtones from the firm, flexible top. The 41's unique sound combines delicacy with ruggedness.
