Shipping Information
We ship all items the first business day after payment is received. Orders placed after 8am ET (5am PT) on Friday or the day before a holiday will be shipped the next business day.
International Orders
Any taxes, tariffs, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We only cover delivery costs. If an order is undeliverable, it will not be returned to us, as we do not pay for return shipping. If the buyer refuses delivery or fails to pay required import fees, the package must be successfully returned to us in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. The amount of the refund will depend on any return shipping fees incurred. Packages not returned will not be eligible for any refund.
When your package arrives, please bring a copy of your invoice to the pickup location to prove payment of any VAT fees. Additional customs fees, not collected by eBay, may apply and will be requested after delivery. We can provide a PayPal link to collect these fees once they are provided by the carrier.
